Raghav is the Chief Executive Officer of Africa Logistics Properties (ALP), an institutional-grade industrial real estate platform focused on East Africa. He is an experienced real estate professional with a proven track record of delivering results across multiple markets and asset classes.

Over his career, Raghav has developed more than 3.5 million square feet and raised nearly $1 billion in equity and debt financing. Since moving to Kenya in 2020, he has launched three REITs, including two student accommodation REITs and East Africa's first industrial REIT – which is also Africa's first USD-denominated listed security.

Previously, Raghav co-led the growth of a major commercial real estate venture in India, headed development across the MENA region for a leading Kuwait-based developer, and founded a consulting practice advising GCC families and corporates on real estate transactions in the UK and Middle East.

Raghav holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics.
