Kenyan subsidiary, Future Construkt Investment Managers, was recently granted a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) Manager licensce by the Capital Markets of Kenya.

Future Construkt aims to come to Nairobi Securities Exchange in 2026 to launch Residential Development REIT (D-REIT) and Income REIT (I-REIT) for the development and management of large-scale, mixed-use, green-certified masterplanned residential developments, as institutional-grade, integrated communities that are accessible, sustainable
and aspirational.
