Crispus Kamau, AssocRICS, is the Executive Director at STREAD, a pan-African real estate and property technology platform. He is a REIT structuring and capital markets specialist with extensive experience advising on some of Africa's landmark real estate transactions, including the LAPTRUST Imara I-REIT, Grit's pan-African Bora Africa platform, and Ghana's Rangoon REIT.

Within the Real Estate Association of Kenya (RAK), Crispus has played a key role in advancing the policy agenda for REITs, including advocacy for stamp duty and capital gains tax exemptions. He has also led the development of the REIT Index and REIT Chartbook, which serve as important industry benchmarking tools.

Prior to joining STREAD, Crispus held senior positions at JLL and Grit Real Estate Income Group, where he gained extensive capital markets experience across multiple African markets. He brings deep expertise in REIT structuring, capital markets, and industry best practices, offering valuable insights into the development and growth of real estate investment markets across the continent.
