TRIFIC Green USD I-REIT is officially listed on the Nairobi Securities Exchange

The debut marks a significant milestone for East African capital markets, further expanding the region's market with a US dollar-denominated, green-certified Industrial Income REIT (I-REIT). The financial instrument offers both institutional and retail investors a direct pathway to hedge against currency fluctuations while backing sustainable commercial real estate.

High Investor Appetite Drives 103.3% Oversubscription

The listing follows a highly successful public offer that closed significantly above its initial targets. The offer achieved a 103.3% oversubscription rate, successfully raising $30.8 million (approx. KSh 4 billion) against a baseline target of $29.8 million. Combined with the sponsor’s retained stake, the trust commenced secondary trading with an initial market capitalization of approximately $37.3 million.
