RAK, in partnership with KPDA hosted a breakfast forum that drew together potential REIT issuers together to articulate the journey of listing a REIT and to encourage them to undertake an incubation process supported by RAK. The key-note presentation was given by the RAK chaiman. Other speakers and panelists included representatives from the Nairobi securities Exchange, Zamara, Mboya Wangongu and Waiyaki Advocates, Centum and Britam Asset Management.
