On behalf of the REITS Association of Kenya (RAK), Kenya Property Development Association (KPDA) and Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) team, we extend a warm thank you for attending the REIT Toolkit & Incubator Workshop on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at Kempinski Hotel, Nairobi. We appreciated the presence of sector leadership across investment banks, law firms, regulators, fund managers, trustees/investors and real estate operators.

The topic areas included:

- Progress on the REIT Sector Strategy

- Mobilization of the REIT Incubator and development of new REITs

- Completion of the REIT Toolkit and scheduling of Toolkit training sessions

- Socialization and capacity building of investors and other sector actors
