This webinar sought to look into the factors that potential issuers should be considering when looking to establish a REIT. The forum highlighted the regulatory, policy and innovation frameworks that would give confidence to upcoming issuers. This Masterclass series will seek to iron out ongoing matters affecting REITs through focused presentations and discussions with the aim of supporting growth and deepening of the REITs sector.
