Building on the success of previous editions, the African REIT Conference 2026 will convene key public and private sector stakeholders from across Africa and global markets to examine the next phase of REIT market evolution on the continent.
As African REIT markets mature, perception is shifting from market entry to market deepening, with a focus on regulatory refinement, product innovation, transparency, risk management, and alignment with global capital flows. The 2026 conference will therefore move beyond foundational discussions to practical, policy-driven, and market-led solutions that can unlock capital, enhance investor confidence, and accelerate REIT issuances across Africa.
The conference will serve as a platform for dialogue between regulators, policymakers, REIT managers, institutional investors, insurers, index providers, development partners, and global REIT bodies, including learning from mature markets such as the United States (NAREIT), Europe, and Asia.
