Ms. Njoroge has over 8 years’ experience in Investment Management with a focus on Asset Management, Real Estate Development and Investment Analysis. Hilda is the head of the property business activities at CISL, a wholly owned subsidiary of Co-operative Bank of Kenya responsible for actively leading engagements with clients in their property investment & development activities by providing direction and oversight of business plans and investment strategies for the various portfolios under management.

Prior to joining CISL, Hilda worked at STANLIB Kenya Limited where she was a core team member of the team responsible for the launch and successful listing of Kenya's first Income Real Estate Investment Trust (I-REIT) dubbed the “Fahari I-REIT” in November 2015. While at STANLIB, she contributed to the client investment portfolios under management by providing strategic property advice. Hilda also worked with Acorn Group Holdings, a leading Real Estate developer in the East African region, where she gained experience in real estate development, feasibility studies, deal origination & execution and project finance & funding.

She holds a MSc. in Real Estate Investments and Finance with distinction from Heriot-Watt University Scotland, United Kingdom and a B.Com Finance Honours degree from Strathmore University, Nairobi. She is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Institute of Certified Investment and Financial Analysts (ICIFA).
